congrats to all the all state players and coach. I think one or two of the Jesuit players should have been second team instead of first but I really can't argue with the way it turned out. Congrats again, and a special congrats to Mr. Saboe!!!

Question: Each coach voted for 14 players, why not have 14 first team players?

Congrats to all of those chosen. jimbo, please tell me what part of this selection is a "Fricking Joke". Every player on this team worked their butts off to get this honor, none of them are a joke. IMO !

Connor, Will & Logan - I have been with you for the last 4 years and I am very proud of what you have brought to Shreve. Congratulations on this honor. It's obvious many other coaches around the state agree. Good Job guys. Will and Logan, Thanks for representing Captain Shreve in the manner you have. Connor, you have one year to go, now it's time to finish it. Go Gators !

Congrats to all players. Seems a bit suspect to have 6 Jesuit player out of 12 on 1st team and 1 lafayette player. Final score was only 2-1 so it seems like their should have been another Laffy player or two on 1st team. i think Jordan Grey from shreve should have at least been 2nd team and Alex Blandin shoudl have been 1st team. congrats to monsour, randal, blandin and calhoun from shreveport. All very deserving players

Bryce Luquet had an excellent year for Brother Martin and should have merited second team honors as one of its standout players, or at least honorable mention. Overall the coaches picked deserving players on the first team.

Shreve50.... Jimbo58(and Soccerfan62) said this All-State list was a joke because his son (Jordan Grey) didn't make any of the teams, but I dont think he should say its a joke because I think everyone on these teams is very deserving although I wanted to see more Laffy players.

shreve50 I will not get involved with any argument with you. You set out to accomplish a goal and you have achived that goal and I am happy for you. I'm not sure where you are going with this, but I had nothing to do with with Logan's honors. I'm sorry Jordan didn't receive the same,. I believe Jordan is a huge reason Shreve accomplished what they did. Without him, we were not the same team. Post season honors are very subjective and I don't always agree. But I don't have a vote.. In my opinion, Jordan is All State caliber.

Congratulations to all the players who made All-State. And especially to Connor, Will and Logan. I am surprised that Lafayette didn't have more players on first team after watching them play twice. And congratulations to Hubie on well deserved coach of the year.

The argument about Laffy having more players on this list is a tough one to make. These are individual awards, so their one game against jesuit doesn't count for much in the voting process.

No second team GK? I think Tarbell deserved that spot

WOW.....Jesuit gets half the 1st team votes......I wonder if wearing a Jays jersey gets you ahead of the line? brsc15......Tarbell deserved 1st team IMO. Having watch both Hart and Tarbell play it's a total surprise to me...

Whodatnation, really have you watched any other players play besides what's in your little bubble. If Laffy would have had 6 in the first team I'm sure you wouldn't be questioning it. I've seen Jesuit play a few times and honestly the only one I can identify is cabos and hart because he's in goal. So try and venture out son and grow up..
