Any other news? Signing day is 2 days away... I know the following people are close or might have committed from the Lafayette area...
Dayton Prejean (Acadiana High/CSC) heard perhaps has committed to University of Mobile? John Plumbar (Lafayette High/CSC)-? Ezra Hebert (Lafayette High/CSC)- ? Hunter Barras (Acadiana High/CSC)-? Visiting LSUA this week and considering Holmes? Trent Webb (Beau Chene)- ? Visiting LSUA this week and considering Holmes?
Any news on Juno from Bolton? LSUA?

LSUA starting a program will help a lot of Louisiana players extend their playing career. Hopefully more Louisiana programs will develop and have the list of players increase each year

Congrats to Dayton & John. I've updated the table to reflect those that have decided.
If there are any others, please share. Day 1 of signing period is tomorrow.

Dayton Prejean-Acadiana/CSC Fury96 - University of Mobile Mobile is a perennial top 10 NAIA powerhouse. And those that follow college soccer closely know that the top NAIA programs are on par with all but the very cream of NCAA D1 programs.
last year MLS Rookie of the Year candidate Deshorn Brown played for Mobile for 2 years before transferring his third (and subsequent final) year to South Florida.
NAIA programs often recruit and sign a lot of foreign players that spent their youth careers with professional teams' academies. Sometimes at high profile "name" clubs.
often these players are left with 2 options after their youth career. Start at a lower division club or come to the states and play college soccer.
I wish Dayton and John Jacob the best of luck and look forward to hearing of their progress at the next level.

In the midst of all the games yesterday, I missed these announcements. Just in case anyone else did also...
Congratulations and good luck to Adam, Sylvie, and Yohan!

Chris Bordelon played for the BRSC/CSC Alliance for the last few years. He's a U19 player this year so I don't believe he's playing for anyone.
