Player safety is first concern, so no issue to have them leave and re-enter at next opportunity.

It is just another difference between high school rules and FIFA Laws that leave refs hanging: example. A striker and goalkeeper collide in a manner which results in a penalty kick being awarded (for the sake of argument, the ball goes flying up in the air and a defender handles the ball, so there is no caution to the keeper). The striker is hurt and is replaced (although, of course the sub cannot take the penalty kick). Is the keeper also hurt enough to need treatment? If he / she says they are ok, does the ref still force the team to take out the stud "A" keeper and put in back up keeper "B"?
