Let's start some discussion on the best attackers in the state.
Here are some stats from last year's returning players.

I think too many people get wrapped up in raw numbers. Because of the number of mismatched teams that play each other.
That said, apparently numbers factor heavily on post season individual honors.
The negative consequence of that mindset is that you see players 'going for stats" instead of playing quality soccer.

I cannot speak for the others because I have not seen them play, but Josh Hughes is an unselfish player. Scores where the opportunity exists, but is just as willing to pass when the situation calls for it. To be fair to all, it's a strikers job to score. Personally, I want a striker with a "scoring mentality'. I agree that stats don't tell the whole story, especially for MF and D.
