Hey "fair weather" fans, have some courage or at least show some common sense. If you are not brave enough to come out into the elements and suffer through the cold like your child and the stupid referees, and you feel need to stay in your car to watch the game, please turn off your headlights! Do you not realize they distract the players and officials. Think of it from these two points: 1. I don't want to screw over my team when they can't see the ball for a header or keeper can't pick up the cross. 2. (the most obvious reason) Why do I want to give the referee another excuse for blowing the call and costing us the game? This public service announcement brought to you by Cards. Have a nice day!

I think it is only fair if the fans can sit in a warm car, then referees can too! In fact, I may be closer to play in my car...at least according to urban legends!

Most folks don't think about them because of the number of cars with auto headlights. At our baseball/softball fields parking is in a circle around the outfields facing in making it quite interesting for the batter when some fool is sitting there with headlights blaring.

Should you stop the game to get them to correct it?

The parents are just trying to help Cards see better. They feel like the extra light will help illuminate the fouls.
