That seems to be the case for a lot of teams which I think helps explain the parity in Div III. University only has 3 seniors this year.

I have noticed a lot of the teams look young. They all look like they are in high school. In contrast to certain American football teams in some parts of the state whose players are closer to 20 when they graduate,
