MCA website says Friday at 5 p.m. No location listed, but if Dominican is playing at the same time at Pan Am, then I guess it must be Tad.
Are the people really being deprived of the opportunity for a SSA-DHS and MHS-MCA doubleheader? Boo! Last year's SJA-MCA and DHS-FHS quarterfinals doubleheader was awesome. Give the people what they want!

Isn't it a home game for SSA at it's Covington property? No. The rule about better seed hosting in the semis doesn't take effect until next year. DHS has traveled once, SSA has had home games the entire time. So DHS hosts.

DHS has traveled once, SSA has had home games the entire time. So DHS hosts. Nola.com originally reported from the January convention that it (and football) would start this year. Chad with LHSSCA checked with LHSAA and confirmed that it's next year. Here's the thread. laprepsoccer.proboards.com/post/281654/threadInterestingly Chad's team (Beau Chene) is #1 in DII Boys and will also be traveling in the semi's (to #5 Vandebilt) provided they win their quarterfinal matchup tonight.

The last time these two teams met was quite close. The game looked destined to be a tie until Mount Carmel buried a long free kick. Should be another competitive match with plenty of skilled players. I will take the Skippers by 1 In regulation.

Goal MCA in the 7th minute! Cross from the right by MCA 9, bounced off a defender at the near post, I think MCA 24 (Abbey Strander) deflected it toward the goal, MHS keeper and defender try to get to it but it trickles over the line.

MCA with most of the possession the last few minutes. No real chances though, and a few offside calls against MCA.
