I think even the most devoted Mexico fans would agree that CONCACAF officiating is horrendously bad, almost borderline corrupt, but I have to go with the USMNT.
Today was the worst I've ever seen the US play, and considering it was a depleted Panama squad missing 5 players, that makes it even more embarrassing. We didn't deserve to even make it to penalties, and could easily have lost by 5 if not for Guzan. Dempsey's goal was our ONLY shot on goal the entire game. Against Panama.
I'm so tired of Bradley disappearing when we need him the most.

We would be better off if he did disappear with the balls he lost when we were in good attack formations.

Saw this comment from an American fan on the MLS site, and I agree completely:
"I feel like we are right back to where we were walking off the field in Honduras. Back line is a mess, no one other than Dempsey can score, and Chandler is on the field again. Forget progress, it feels like we are going backwards."
He's referring to the opening game of the Hex in the last WC cycle in 2012 where we lost 2-1 to Honduras, after which many people criticized Klinsmann.
What do you guys think? Is he right? Are we going backwards? Was the World Cup a fluke performance from a poor team?
