Fellow coaches,
I hate to pose this question; however, I must due to the current state of our program. This is my first year at Tara High School as the head coach. We have no funding available and the student athletes having no means to pay high sports fees.
Are there any coaches (anywhere in the state) that have any kits that they would be willing to give away or part with for a reasonable price.
Our colors are cardinal and gold. Our home jerseys are white (obviously) and our away is cardinal. Please contact me at your earliest convenience at 337-298-0987. Thank you so much in advance.

Coach, Not sure if our uniform color would work for you but we recently had a surge in our roster numbers. Since we couldn't purchase additional "like" jerseys/shorts, we decided to purchase new sets. We were fortunate to be able to raise funds to cover those costs. I'm fairly confident the school would be glad to donate them if interested. Take a look at the school colors on our website and let me know if these might work. I'll check on numbers in our inventory ( I suspect we have at least 20 sets - white/colored shirts/ colored shorts) and let you know on Monday. Hope this helps! www.falconsports.org/boysoccer.html

I just need to give some major props to two programs who have offered to help us immensely. St Thomas Aquinas in Hammond has donated over 20 complete kits to us and to Parkview Baptist for donating a set of game balls to us. Your generosity does not go unnoticed The excitement on the faces of my players when I shared of your generosity was wonderful.
On behalf of the entire Tara family, thank you.

That is true Christian spirit from those two schools. Blessings to both. And best of luck to Tara this year and in the future as the program builds.

Great news! Was always impressed how hard those kids fought at Tara despite tough odds...often playing full games not just with no subs, but playing 1-2 men down.
Good luck this year & props to Parkview & STA for their generosity. Very cool.
