That is awesome committed LA Tech. Assuming she plays for Shreveport's club team? Loyola Prep is strong this year, once again! Shot out to Northern, LA.
Are there anymore Commits out there?
So far mentioned
Junior attacking midfielder #10 Kalli Matlock, Loyola College Prep- LA Tech
Ramey Noel Acadiana- LSU
Are there any others out there?

formermanager, thanks. The first mention of a public school Lakeshore! Now Mandeville. Nice. Any specific players? Lakeshore with MSC players, MSC must be very strong. I find it hard to believe not one word about LSU signee Ramey Noel of Acadiana a great Cajun SC player. Really! No doubt that she is an elite player. That was apparent even a couple of years ago.

Six Seniors at SSA committed. Haven't heard if all have signed. Think one or two may have changed their mind.
No. 1 - Elizabeth Kalmbach - MS College or Stetson No. 3- Renin Shepherd -Christian Bros No. 5 - Katherine Kelly - Spring Hill. No. 7- Sydney Vincens - Alabama No. 8 - Isabella Pflug - Spring Hill No. 9- Peyton Scheuermann - MS College
No. 5 not mentioned earlier only because she's been rehabbing. About to be back on the pitch though.

Keep in mind that all of the best players mentioned are 01 or older. Tammany club team is mostly 03. Playing up to 02 due to a handful of 02 girls. The msc 01 club team is really good too.

Shot out to Belle Chasse girls. What clubs do they play for? Any idea? Not sure if they have club soccer on the Westbank. Do they? West Bank does NOT have a club team for girls teams. I have tried to form a team under SIOA, but the HUGE problem in the West Bank. Is that girls from WJ, Ehert, Higgins, Cox are that they can't afford the pay to play the clubs are DEMANDING and also the NEVER ending having to be Mom or baby sitters for the household. There are a ton of girls (and boys) on the East and West bank who don't have top level ability (yet) but certainly have the talent and interest to play club. I'll be working with some of the public schools on the East Bank this spring, but I know Westbank FC is working to create a few teams for Junior High and High School players on the West Bank. You can reach Coach Rene @ rlmarroquin8877@yahoo.com or for East Bank girls teams, Eric.FCBarceNOLA@gmail.com

The landscape has changed from 5 years ago, there are dozens more soccer players in 9-11th grade who are interested in playing through the Spring and enjoying summer and winter activities. We need to find something in between the high demands of club soccer and nothing. I'll be happy to continue this conversation with anyone who is interested in helping student-athletes gain access to the Louisiana Soccer system. You know where to find me.
