Although I prefer live soccer it would be awesome if more schools adopted St Amant’s game streaming. This is going to be a game to see It’s incredibly easy to do. I’ve seen it in person and it’s literally gallstar’s phone on a cam cord type thing with someone moving it rather easily. Even has a charger plugged up to the phone the entire time on a portable charger which is connected to the cam cord. Very easy to set up and operate. For many it’s not lack of technical savvy as much as fear of other teams seeing their “secrets”. In those cases it’s actually pretty ridiculous (anyone can go scout a game) and rather pathetic.

I agree entirely. In a day and age where technology is clearly everywhere there is no reason why a team should not want the exposure of others around the state and country watching their teams live. It’s mind blowing why a team wouldn’t want that exposure. Games aren’t private so an opposing coach could go watch you play at anytime and see everything your team has to offer anyway.

First half 1/2 done, neither team with a real chance. St Amant has a fast guy up top, looks like the plan is long ball to him as he has had no support so far. Wolves continuing their normal action of moving up as a team.

First cries of “ref you suck” just heard. Only took 36 minutes to hear that, possibly a high school record!

Wolves continuing their normal action of moving up as a team. I’m not a soccer guy but I love to watch my alma matter play. I don’t know the ins and outs for soccer like I do other sports but is this really a good strategy against a team like St Paul’s? Should Bridgewater go more to a wing and St Amant try and spread it out using their speed instead of going right at St Paul’s? I know that this is primarily what Bridgewater has done all season long but St Paul’s is a different animal. Seems almost like in football just throwing it deep on most plays to your best WR. I’m not trying to second guess any gameplan Coach Garcia has for this team because he is an excellent coach and he knows what he’s doing. I’m just trying to learn more about the sport because it’s a great sport. Any feedback is appreciated guys

If the right ball ian played over the top there is no one catching the St Amant guy, he is that fast

St. Amant has 2 or possibly 3 that might start for St. Paul. It’s an epic journey for the Gators to the semi Finals and even more epic if they move beyond. It’s an expectation for St. Paul and as soon as this season ends they’ll be picked to do it again next year. The journey is one that’s taken St. Amant 29 years to achieve. Put that into perspective and think about this team that has done more than arguably three of the greatest players to ever come from Louisiana. Jason Garey was a Gator, Briggs Bougeouis, Jackson, Angelo, Hector And many others. This is not St. Amant’s best team ever by individual players. It’s just the first one to say I’ll fight you for the entire game. We’ve got a collective GPA north of 3.5. A valvictorian possibly a second. We’ve got some rare atheletes. We are what we are and I love and know every single one of them. They’re not going to give up and they’ve got a top 3 coach in the state. Win or lose they’re special and they’ll try like hell to win. I will say the same prayer that I always say before the game. “Lord let each player do his personal best in victory or defeat. Allow each team to walk away injury free and may we all glorify your name” Amen! many say only 2 or 3 players from STA would start on STP, but due to personal experiences of colleg soccer etc, the players who do come from these great teams as STP know how to work collectively as a team and very good technically and recognizing where the ball goes but when comes down to athleticism many on that team can not chew gum and walk at the same time.
