Just finished watching the game (I was working earlier). I’d have loved a bigger margin of victory, but getting the 3 points is all that matters. 4 point gap from us to 4th place now.

Getting the three points is all that matters. We can play better and we will against Canada. We win Sunday, and we should wrap up qualifying against Honduras with another win. That may be enough for qualification by then. Canada is probably thinking the same thing.

Tho it was only 1-0 I actually enjoyed watching for the most part. There were a lot of 3 to 4 player link ups that were Barca-esque. We’ve never had players that can move, dribble, and pass like the bunch we have now. Watching dest and McKennie torch players is so awesome. Brings a tear to my eye.
Jesus Ferreira ain’t it. He created a few chances and yeah he got the assist with the nice header to Jedi but he has to put those two chances away in the first half. Striker continues to be an issue.
Zimmerman has a few bad giveaways on passes that I think John Brooks could make easily. Womp womp
