first, oldmanfan is neither--the aol IMspeak he writes in clearly shows his youth. Do us a favor oldmanfan, and try to at least take a stab at Her Majestys actual English prose before "u speks da wurd of da intnet". Then maybe you might be taken slightly seriously.
As for letting the fans on the field, I'm not in favor of it, at least not directly after the game. Too many crazys, too much unknown about the alcohol and/or drugs ingested before the game (C'mon coachray--nobody drinks before a HS sports game...YEAH RIGHT) and in the case of emotions running high, you never know what some upset off parent or supporter will do. If there is adequate and ample security, I would say let the fans on the field after the teams have had a chance to exchange handshakes, meet with the media, be addressed by their coaches, and let the match officials clear the facility. The moment after winning is for the players and coaches--not some stupid sophomore who just came to his first soccer game because it was the trendy thing to do and he thought it would get him laid.
