Same for me with Kirkpatrick. Of course, I go to the school he plays for...but I consider myself to be pretty honest. At least where I live he is the best without a doubt. Simply amazing to watch.

Having played against many keepers, I will say that Kirkpatrick is outstanding. Bynum and Barnes are also great keepers and I think that the North has the best in state for the keeper slot.

STM has gotten their keeper back, Dylan Broussard. Thanks for this thread but the debate is over. He is the best! Welcome back Dylan.

Oh sure, now you've hurt his feelings. He rose from his death bed just to help the cougars in the goal and that is what you say about him. Shame on you.

Most of the good teams have good goalies or they would not be good teams. Before the season is over, Broussard for STM will prove to be one of the best. He has not gotten his chance yet, but could have easily started as a freshman.

Sorry, but STM's goalie isnt good We all know that the only purpose of these kinds of statements is to allow the fecal material to stike the ventilation system.

Mullins and Andre do such a great job because they can manage the game so well. Their communication gives their defense an easy job and they give their teams confidence through their communication. I've seen them both and they are both impressive.

Too bad STM's goalie couldnt stop OC's #7's AMAZING goal during their game.

He wasn't in the goal in the first half. He came in at start of 2nd half. OC did not score in the second. Had maybe 2 shots on goal in second half as STM defense stepped up to shut down the vaunted #7. He was no factor after his goal.

Not saying STM shouldnt have won...but i think if OC had their starting goalie he would have saved STM's 2 goals.

Not the second one but maybe the first. STM gets 5 or 6 players (probably 2 starters) from FB team this week. Had 2 or 3 other starters out with injury. Not severe but don't know when they will be back. Take nothing away from OC, they are a very solid group of kids but I just don't think full strength to full strength they have enough depth to beat STM. Funny thing in soccer is that few teams are ever at full strength. That is why you've got to go with what you've got. Good luck the rest of the season. I'll be reading about you guys.

The reason Carencro didn't score on Teurlings was because of (Ray Savioe). He came up BIG on two one on ones. Their is no doubt is in the top 3 in the state. And Teurlings also is in top two best team in the state. This is the best year for them to win state.
