I think yeah its a big game each team is playing for alot. But I really can't answer whos going to win. for a few reasons.
I know whos the better team (that stays confidential to not stir the pot) Lafayette, very good. Tired of hearing this Carencro talk. They want to be the team to prove everyone they can stop carencro. But same time, They play very fustrated. they are in great need of a leader.
Carencro, very good. They are playing to make history, by winning district, beating lafayette both time in district, and staying undefeated and at the same time proving they are a legit team. Same time, pride can overcome. They have to remember who they play for, and not think hey we are the best team people aren't up to par with them. Its very easy to have that bubble pop and then before you know it, first round playoffs. Your done and you can never see that perfect season again.
So each team has something to motivate them to win, at the same time bring them down.
But the biggest reason I can't predict a winner is becaus the coach/trainer for cro and the coach/trainer for lafayette live in the same house. I know coaching plays a big role in carencro game because they are never stacked with 15 people thats been playing premier together year after year. they have to drag people from the ditches to play the way he wants.

If Carencro's coach decides to approach Friday night's game the way he has all year and start his players, Cro will take this hands down. Disregarding the fact that they will be playing to withhold their undefeated season and that they are a much more talented team overall, the reason Lafayette will lose this game is Coaching. Lafayette's coach, though i have the upmost respect for him, will not do the one thing that nearly everyone on this board agrees they should. And that is man mark Trevor Thomas. The reason i dont think he will do it is simply because he didnt man mark Thomas their first meeting. He is just as familiar with him as Carencro's coach is. I guess he just doesnt believe any player at this level warrants a mark, and that will be their downfall friday night.
