st. louis will definately bring i home this year, they gave teurlings everything they could handle both games...it was teurlings if i remeber having to come back both games, with very little time left.

i will be looking foward to that rematch but i do not think OC has the team they had last year, and Teurlings is much better than they were last year. I think St. Louis is the hottest team in DIII right now and even though Teurlings has been the best team in DIII all year i think St. Louis is still the favorite to win it.

Menard probably will go down to PJP in the first round. PJP is streaky decent.

Menard is shocking.......

Could see both Newman and St Martin's in semis. St Martins has a good draw til St Louis. Newman has a tougher road. Will have to beat St Thomas Aquinas and then Teurlings, OC, or Episcopal.
Why the posts about Menard?

It will be Tuerlings vs. Saint Louis. I see another championship for the Saints.

Newman is too off and on for my taste, they have the potential for an upset on teurlings but i dont think they can win it all, too inconsistant.

Episcopal of BR. will most likely end up playing teurlings in the quarterfinals and if St. Louis ends up getting to the Finals, they sure end up having an easy road

This year is going to be interesting. I think it just might be a team that nobody expects. If not that then Teurlings.

menard beat Episcopal earlier this year

was that at st louis tournament? if so, heard episcopal played horrible. one penalty, one own goal. then pressed forward. missing several starters. very unlucky. hit post a bunch.
still, menard is ok. plays very direct with good speed up top. defense is ok. sweeper has some speed. tough time against passing teams. depending on how they match up, could win a few games.

Watchout for St. Thomas Aquinas. They got some talent and has the potential to pull off an upset. Does anyone know much about St Freds? Are they a team you should be afraid of?

Don't forget University. They'll get to the quarters and then won't back down against St Louis. If they can steal a goal on a set piece, they have a real shot.
