They beat Crichton University from TN, not Creighton from Nebraska. Do not be confused there, Creighton is one of the top 10 programs in NCAA D 1. However, having a few LA players there is a huge testament for these boys because if they are not a very, very good players they wont be there. The top teams from NAIA can reqruit a lots of foreign players, and it is tough to go and play for these programs, unless the players are good. If you see the rosters of top teams like Auburn U from Montgomery, AL, Lindsey Willson College in KY you will find out that the majority of the players are from foreign countries. Anyway, I am happy for these boys and good luck to them with their season.

You are correct the game time is 3:00 pm Sat, sorry too many trips to Hattiesburg lately. You need to bring your team to see the women play, Pompey thanks from CG. Creighton (Tenn.)has several foreign players also, midfield let them down. Tired legs.

News from Carey soccer, Jared wooley of Vanderbilt Catholic. scored a goal in the match between Southern Nazerene(OK) and William Carey Crusaders, The Crimsom Storm are currently ranked 3rd in the nation. Excellent game. Carey had chances to make several goals but could not finish. Nazerene had about 6 shots on goal scored 4 times, Eric Oueodrago scored all the Storms goals. Carey hurting on defense with injuries( three players), Michell Barker of VC has 2 fractures in right cheek from a head to the cheek in last week game. Storms keeper was very good, made some great saves on 1 on 1 balls twice. Result Storm 4 Carey 2.

The Vandy player Barker in my belief is good but WilliaM Carey missed out on a real defender some Bailey kid #5 . He always stepped up when the game was on the line. I remember he played with fractured rib one game sucks tho he aint playing college

William Carey is currently 4-7, too may I's and not enough we's, some players that think they can give 75% and win. No leadership on the field. Alot of young players. and many injuries. They have alot of good players, that have not meshed as a TEAM yet. Mitchel Barker has been hurt most of the season, defense and midfield not getting back up to attack the goal seem to be their current problems. Attitudes also, never saw so many red cards on one team in 18 years of soccer. Hopefully they can get it together. I think they need more Louisiana players. Louisiana College this tuesday @ Carey 7:00 P.M. Several La. players will be there.

Wish I could go to the game tomorrow to watch, I think it's gonna be a tough one because I think Oscar is strugglin to be fit with an injury, and I dunno if sebastian will play either he had an eye infection that kept him out Saturday. Felipe' also picked up a foot injury and that would leave LC quite shorthanded in attacking options. Should be interesting though

Actually they are 3-8, I have seen 5 red cards I think, may be more(some in scrimmages). Is Danial Vallian playing? Its not that far. I-59 north ,exit 59(Hwy 98) east, go north to hattiesburg (Hwy 49)12 miles. Signs to school on right. It's about 2 hours 20 minutes. The local players need your support. Pompey see if you can tusami to go.

Pompey, did you know the women @ William Carey are ranked 17 th in the nation. 10-0 right now, that's who you need to go watch. If you get the couch I'll have to sleep on the floor.

Daniel's playing as far as I know, been doing quite well for us, hasn't quite performed like he did at the end of last season but he shows glimpses at times. I would have gone if I didn't have to work, hopefully we play them again next year when I will be playing again ha

William Carey 4-1 over La college, Torando scored for La. College. Danial was on the starting line up, but after warmups was removed. He must have an injury. The Crusaders finally showed some team work and ball control.
