Michael Lapira is a really good player and doesn't deserve to have a negative thread created about him.. if you have something good to say, then say it.. i don't see what anyone has to gain by constantly attacking someone on a public forum.. feel free to make any wisecracks that you'd like, but in the end, it's just a sign of immaturity.. grow up and stop dragging down the reputation of others when i made my previous post on this topic it wasnt to bash michael lapira, i j/ think this poll was a little ridiculous. The best player ever, that means the best player to ever live, i j/ think that this poll should have been worded differently, nothing against Lapira

therock, all i was saying is if he doesn't like to read about himself don't read this thread, no blame, no bashing, no fault.
This is a soccer forum and people enjoy talking about players. Thats what the forum is for, TO TALK ABOUT SOCCER AND THE PLAYERS WHO PLAY! I agree that negative post about players are not good and should not be allowed. I haven't seen any bad post on this thread people have voiced there view about a player and all most all of them have said he is a very good player, probably one of the best playing high school soccer this year.

I want to know because I would lock the thread and delite it, if I had my moderator powers.

Of the 10 on the goat-list, I think 4 of them would have made last year's starting varsity for St. Louis when they were sophomore's. Wasn't the Lapira kid a soph. last year?? Whatever year he is in now, I'm certain we'll see him @ the next level if he desires it. He is very good.

Agreed he is a good player but this trend needs to be different. Erase this trend and make a new one that says who is the best player in LA as of right now. You wont get negative you will jus get everyones opinion on whose the best. And to everyone that thinks he is the best right now. I will give you one that is better and is younger. Patrick Mullins. He played alot at a better school (Jesuit) as a freshman. Sure he can be lazy but i know he is better than Lapira. And we will tell this season how good lapira really is with him playing against many top teams this year

no one is joseph lapira just to get that straightened out, not in louisiana... not even in the country for that matter. michael is one of the top ten players in the state this year and last i heard he has already committed to play college so kudos to him

why is everyone so obsessed with this guy? he plays high school soccer for God sakes. go play a pickup game with some college players every once in a while. no one in high school deserves to be talked about this much. he may be good, he may even be the best in high school soccer but he has a lot of work to do before i say anything else about him.

Does the name Dwayne Jones ring a bell? U-17 national team captain...4 year ride to clemson...Dwayne could run a clinic on Joseph Lapira

No but he was/is heavily recruited by the Irish National Team, if you want to get specific. Get off your boy Dwayne Jones.

In all honesty Lapira is a great player and all with ball skills and speed, however hes been playing forward and would possible be unnoticed without the great service coming from #1 in the back..
