Well, whose goin to win U-16 this year? It looks wide open with some close premier league scores. No one is really dominating. Covington and Carrollton have improved and so have NOSA. Whatya think?

Crew only went to the finals in every tournament and never lost a league game, including the win againt lafreniere. Baton Rouge gave crew a good game so i think they could go far. Blackhawks are always good. NOSA always finds a way to upset some team. and of coarse LAfeneire and the burn. not forgetting lakeview which i my mind can win it all. im still not sure about Carrollton though

You gotta be kidding---Blackhawks. They lost to Carrollton 3-1 a couple of weeks ago. Give Lafayette Cajun burn credit and Lafreniere. The Burn beat the Lafreniere U-17's who are current state champs and did not lose a league game. Lafreniere is always tough!!

i agree with some of you that the blackhawks are overrated. they are very inconsistent. look for carrollton to advance out of the preliminaries as a wild card; they can definitely beat nosa and have already beaten blackhawks. csa has played nosa twice, both games were tied at half, with nosa coming away with lopsided victories both times. with a little more concentration and better luck with injuries, carrollton can definitely advance.

Hey d00d,
When I referrred to "Blackhawks" my reference was a satire directed at the post that they would win state! I don't know who you play for, but obviously you don't want to give the teams like Lafreniere, Cajun Burn, and Lakeview their credit. In the end, it will be one of these who will win state. ;D

I agree soccerstud that the top three you listed are the ones to beat, sice every year they are in the semi's, but the sleeper is the Crew. Look for them and maybe SFC to come out of that bracket. The Burn is still the tough one and if they play like they can, they will be tough. I am glad we are not in their bracket.

Hey soccerstud, if you read d00ds post you will see that he does mention Lafreniere and the Burn and he also mentioned that Lakeview can win it all. So y did you complain that he didnt recognize those 3 teams?? In my opinion, you need to read other peoples post before you reply with some complaint.

Top seed: Cajun Burn Next seed: Lafreniere
If one of those two teams don't win state and the other lose in the finals, I will be very surprised....

The Blackhawks are not the only team with U-15's on their team. Almost every team in the U-16's have one or two younger players, even the Burn, so don't use that as an excuse.........

yea they might have one or two but the blackhawks have 6 and 4 that start

It doesn't really matter what age you are--Look at Freddie Adu. If you are able to play at this level, then age mean nothing. Once you reach this age, you are use to playing high school with players much older than one year-----------so get over it and play

Lakeview, Cajun Crew and Lafreniere all advance to Final Four; anyone hear who is the wild card? Cajun Burn or NOSA?
