that's why you shouldn't gamble on sports. Did your friend have UConn minus the points? Or did he pick Duke to win? I don't know if y'all know this, but Chris Duhon hitting that three at the end to make it a one point game instead of four was huge. The line for the game was 2 points. People in Las Vegas estimated that shot transferred anywhere from $30 million to $100 million from those who bet on UConn to cover the point spread to those who bet on Duke to cover. Pretty amazing amount of money for a shot that meant absolutely nothing to the game. chack it out: sports.espn.go.com/espn/sportsbusiness/news/story?id=1775505

It kind of did. Well, it really did. But, he made it up (we work in a restraunt). He picked UConn minus points, and when Duke covered... yeah. Anyway, all you prom kids: remember to tip well. You never know when your waiter just lost $150 on a dumb bet. Adding to the flavor of the game. Do you guys know that Clarence Moore of Georgia Tech is a graduate of South Lafourche? I remember when he was there. He was brutal- led them to (I believe) a perfect record and a state championship.

UConn wins. I guess that means I win, since I picked them?
