and Joey Kohatsu from St. Louis..he didn't really standout cuz he was a freshman last year but he scored the first goal in the finals on a header n he plays for us..the coup.. n i think that he will be one to watch out for..thats just my opinion ?? Am I not reading this right or what? To me you clearly said that Joey Kohatsu, of the coup, is going to be one of the best players next year. This thread is about the best players, and you put his name down. I think Thevenot from St. Louis will stand out among all the teams in the state, all divisions. Look for him to carry his team to another State Championship. St. Louis's new guys have some potential, but just not much experience. Thevenot will be key.

i dont think you are reading it right..cuz i didn't say he was the best player...i know the thread is best players of 04-05 season r w/e..i was just sayin that he will be one to look out for and plus i was just adding on to what "Tellme" had said and he had mentioned Thevenot so i didnt bother puttin his name there and i know Ross and he will be one of the best if not.. the best in state...so chill out big dawg

Notre Dame will not finish last this season, that will be Morgan City. They will finish last. CHNI and ND will fight for 2nd to last. However I think that Teurlings may have lost too many players and the district isnt getting any easier. They are not one of the best Two teams in that district. Newman may return to the top class of division III. St. Martins will be good as well.

How is morgan city in district 3? That's like south of Baton Rouge, nowhere near lafayette or lake charles...

Division I and Division III are completly different levels of play except for some of the top teams in the division. So there is a big difference in playin varsity in divsion 1 and 3.

I wouldn't categorize it like that. I would say there's a big difference on playing varsity for Jesuit(Division I) than playing varsity for say . . . Derrider (Division II). I'd say there's a big difference for playing varsity for a team like St. Louis (Division III) and a team like Westgate (Division I). It's more of how good individual teams are and how tough their schedules are. Whether or not how difficult it is playing varsity soccer does not depend on the division.
