Coach Chad, Another fist class job! Be proud of your kids play, your parents involvement, and the sportsmanship exhibited by all this weekend. You couldn't have done anything better. We were blessed with great weather and great food. I will always look forward to the next years Copa Acadiana! See you at the Louisiana Showcase in Lake Charles!

Chad and the entire Beau Chenne Soccer Family,
Thank you all for hosting this tournament. You have worked hard to assemble a top notch tournament. We all got to play with the best Division II and III teams in the state. As I told my boys.........we have to play with the best in the state if you want to push your program to the next level. Thanks for all you all did to make this a successful tournament.

We definitely need a "like" button so we don't all have to say thank you Think I've got all day 2 scores besides those in red in first post/scores thread: Opelousas Catholic v St Freds Riverside v Episcopal Acadiana Loyola v Opelousas

My two cents regarding the few teams I was able to really watch:
St. Thomas Aquinas - may have not got the results this weekend, but looked like a top team to me.
Menard - look to be coming together nicely. think they survived vs Ben Franklin but otherwise looked like a top-10 competitor in DIII
Alexandria - had its moments this weekend and looked to be getting healthier and better (def better than Rebel Cup only a week or so beforehand)
Loyola - good little team (though may not be reflected in record). got unlucky against Holy Cross in first game, and unfortunate that Bolton played really well against them in 2nd game.
East Jefferson - very dangerous offensively; quality side that could be a force if defense sorts itself out.
Holy Cross - seemed to be 3rd best team in our bracket but definitely finished its chances and got results....so not really sure how much it matters how "good" I thought they were/are; very physical and pretty athletic.
Country Day - very physical team with strong offensive presence (could be scary-good by end of year). should be an exciting year in D3!
St. Louis - hopefully they have at least 1 bad game to give someone else a chance ....
Vandy - up and down weekend (looked really good in spots and vulnerable in spots)
