Jesuit trying to look for the long throw-ball but St. Paul's defense just cleans it up.

GOAL #9 for Jesuit in the 53th. The BlueJays were awarded the corner and after a couple back and forth crosses, one of the Jays' players find the ball and sees an open net in front of him. Score 1-1.

And as I was typing St. Paul's takes the kickoff down and gets a corner kick of their own and one of their players (maybe #13) volleys it in for the GOAL in the 55th minute! Score 2-1 St. Paul's.

This was a great play, as if in slo mo, the ball was lost in the scrum of the corner kick & no one knew where the ball was (especially JHS defenders)...except SPS #13 who turned & kinda flicked it in past helpless keeper.

St. Paul's keeper comes out of box to clear ball and gets LEVELED by an attacker. Hope he's alright. Appears to be shaken up.

I've been calling the Wolves St. Paul's. I'm not sure why. St. Paul, St. Paul's. Same thing! Haha.
