Uhigh's 2 seniors were by far the most valuable players, so I would be very surprised if they are as good as this years team. Add in the fact that Carter Stone is very injury prone, and the chance that they will be as good is even less. The reason new orleans gets so much credit is because they produce results... Kind of like the SEC in football.

NLC controlled the game early, but CD's physical dominance took over just as it did against STA and just as it did in every playoff game this year. NLC wore down and got frustrated. They couldn't do anything with the exception of a few nice corners and just throwing the ball a mile into the middle of the box. They didn't build up many chances. Congrats to Northlake on a great season and they should be back vs. Newman next year.
And to UHigh dude - New Orleans dominates soccer. DI Boys - NOLA #1 DII Boys - NOLA #2 DIII Boys - NOLA #1
DI Girls - NOLA #1 DII Girls - no NOLA in championship DIII Girls - NOLA #1 --> the only BR team - #2
That's why we only talk about New Orleans.

I don't know if thats completely true. Since U High only lost to Northlake 1-0, i believe Baton Rough should be considered one of the best soccer cities in LA. Of course following New Orleans that is.

Well this year I agree that uhigh is not far behind, but the Uhigh poster was implying that next year Uhigh will be even better because there were only 2 seniors on this squad. Next season I think Episcopal will overtake Uhigh as the best DIII school in Baton Rouge
