Is it to late to submit your keepers stats for the whole season? I apologize that I didn't see this until now but didn't want to send you a bunch of info that is to late anyways.
Thanks!

It's not too late. If you have the data, please begin entering it using the forms. Field player stats would be welcomed as well if you have them.

Leader Boards are updated with stats reported as of 11am today.
Congrats to the 360 young ladies mentioned on the Leader Boards for their accomplishments this year (the first for publishing stats on the girls side).
Finish strong!

How do I correct the spelling of a last name? I am not the one who sent the original reports. Last name is shown as Arcenaux, Kristine and as Acrenaux, Kristine. Should be Arceneaux, Kristine. Thank you.

So who is tracking how many times a defender breaks up a pass, clears a ball, blocks a shot? This is all about players who score, assist in a goal or a keeper who makes saves. It unfortunate that some positions and players who contribute so much to the game are overlooked. Congrats for the 100 goals but I am sure that defenders have stopped 10 times that many goals in their HS careers.

If one isn't keeping the defensive stats it's most likely because, like most teams, he/she/they are not equipped with the know-how or manpower to keep those stats. Feel free (seriously) to help devise a defensive stat-keeping mechanism or help publicize the defensive stats you want noticed.

Goals/ assists are the only categories offered for field players. I agree that there is not the manpower or know how to keep those stats. Goals, assists and saves are all qualitative. Tackles, an intercepted pass/take aways clearances are numerous in a game and a defenders play is mostly qualitative. There are a lot of players who are not recognized for their contribution to the game. Such is the life of a defender.

STATUS: PRELIMINARY final statistics are published. That probably sounds like an oxymoron. It means that they are updated through the State Championships, but have not been fully audited yet so they are subject to correction. I'm sure corrections will also surface this week, which is why I wanted to get a preliminary version published.
How to report a correction? So that I can try to process all that come in, here's the way you should report any corrections, please:
1) Do NOT text, e-mail, call, etc. I will ignore what comes in via those methods & reply indicating that you need to follow these steps instead (so just go that route from the start). 2) Send me a Private Message with a subject line of "Girls Stats Correction - Your Team Name" (I'm also working on Boys stats) 3) In the private message, indicate the date & the opponent for whom correction is needed - do NOT just say the total is wrong - all of the data is there for your review as it is mine - I do not have the time to be available to figure out where the data entry errors were. If there are multiple corrections, do the same for each. 4) This is the most tedious time of the year. We'll work it out, but you just need to help.
My plan is to be final, final by the weekend sometime. So if you wish to report any corrections, please do it by Thursday at the latest. Most data should've been reviewed throughout the year so this really is just a handful of teams at this point; therefore, 48 hours doesn't feel like an unfair deadline.
General questions for the benefit of all can be posted in this thread.

Girls leader boards are final.
Congratulations to the more than 375 young ladies who recorded a goal, an assist, a save and reported it here for the 1st year of reporting stats on the Girls side.
Congratulations also to all of the unsung heroes on the pitch, who may not have been recognized in this format, but contributed just as much to the accomplishments of their respective teams.
A big "well done" to all of you!
