man, I wish I could have gone to that game. In all likelyhood I will only be able to watch two more games this season. I am starting to get bummed.

i saw wilson's bike during the game, and honestly, he had no other choice. the ball came in from the right side, he took a touch on it with his back to the goal and popped it up to himself. At that point, they were down 4-3 and he had no other choice but to try for the miraculous. It was a pretty impressive shot, and the keeper did well to save it. Now, why CL got a corner out of it when the keeper played the ball off the crossbar and the ball landed back in play is a mystery.

The AR 1 signaled the ball had crossed the line when it bounced upward from the crossbar. when the ball went upward it spnin a way that carried it overthe line before the keeper got the ball then landed back on the bar and fell forward. I was no it a good position to see the ball or the goal, however i did ask the referee crew about it after the game. Steven is a very good referee and he was right there on the line.
