When you sit in the stands as a fan and are openly critical of officials working the game, going so far as to call them by name, parents who know you are an official think this must be acceptable behavior and quickly join in.  A simple rereading of the officials code of ethics may be in order for you.

That's completely UNacceptable. Should never use the refs name. You can still "participate" without using their name.
