There is no way caddo's coach is a member of LHSAA. He is a first year coach and probably won't be coaching next year. So there is no reason for him to be the nominating coach from the north. Plus you're bashing caddo and none of the caddo players knew they were nominated. Even if their coach had nominated them it would not have been their fault. But he didn't.
