I understand that there are some major changes coming to RPL play for the 2015-2016 season. Instead of having the current East, West, and Central sub-regions there will now only be East and West -- with Louisiana teams playing in the West with North Texas, South Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Mississippi.
Does anyone have any more information on this, and how qualification for the new setup is going to work? Thanks in advance!

Here is the link with the new divisions and teams that have already qualified. regioniii.usyouthsoccer.org/premier_league/fall_2015_srpl_teams/Looks like there will be SRPL-East and SRPL-West. Within each, there are two divisions - Premier and 1st Division. From what I can tell, only top 2 teams out of LA, MS and AR will play Premier Division. The other 4 from LA, MS and AR will play 1st Division.
