Great result @ tourney - but I thought FCTammany is Comp 1/Year Round team that plays regionally - why were yall playing in the silver bracket?

To my understanding b r sc would not put them in gold bracket because they never had a history since they played up all last year.

Must have been some other reason. LA Fire played up all of last year also, and they were placed in the top division of United Cup. Maybe is was just to even the brackets out.

Wonder if brsc was hoping to give their black team a better chance to win the gold division by not having them in it.

Wonder if brsc was hoping to give their black team a better chance to win the gold division by not having them in it. I am sure that is exactly what happened. It would have worked too if not for that darn MS Rush team that was left in the Gold Division as well

Doubt that's the case. BRSC black was asked to play in the Sugarfest tourney, as a last minute replacement for another team, last weekend. They did it for the sole purpose of being able to have a game/glorified scrimmage against St Tammany. I doubt they would have played in the tourney if they were worried about the outcome. That MS Rush team is very good. They are the real deal. St Tammany had no business playing in the silver division. They were head and shoulders better than those other teams in the silver division. They would have fit right in with the other teams in the top division.
