2x40 min halves (regulation)
2x10 min halves (1st overtime period, NOT sudden victory)
2x5 min halves (sudden victory)
Kicks from the mark (KFTM)
In KFTM the coach may choose any 5 from his roster, they do not have to be on the field at the final whistle.
If tied after 5 kicks, the coach chooses a new 5 kickers (cannot be any of the first 5) in a 1-for-1 format from this point forward. If tied after 10 kicks, the coach may choose any 5 on his roster.

So if a team scores in the first overtime period and is ahead by one goal at the end of the first overtime period, the match is final? We would not automatically play out the 2nd overtime period? Sorry if that's a dumb question...

Sorry if that's a dumb question. I believe the rule is that you play both 10-minute halves, even if a team scores in the first 10 minutes. The two 10-minute halves comprise the "first overtime period".
This is in line with FIFA, but different from the college rule.

Sorry if that's a dumb question. The first overtime period is 2x10 that must be fully played, even if a goal is scored.

Sorry! No sudden victory in Texas. So, in the 2-5 minute periods, goal goes in, game over. Correct?
