#1 St. Paul's taking on #15 Jesuit for the Division I state championship. Jesuit beat the #2 and #3 seed to get to this game.
Two successful programs that are more than familiar with one another in this final championship game.
For us spectators, hopefully it is another great St. Paul's vs Jesuit classic battle.
Who you got in this one?

St. Paul’s by one. I wouldn’t be shocked if Jesuit pulls the upset, but that would take St. Paul’s having a bad night. I don’t see that happening. The streak will end eventually, but I don’t think it’s this year. St. Paul’s becomes the first team to ever five-peat.
I think the Wolves win 1-0. I just want a good game. I have no dog in the fight.

Most old timers on this board know how much it pains me to say I'm pulling for Jesuit. Tired of St Pauls winning every year. I'm pulling for Jesuit but fully expect St Pauls to win by one.

Something about St. Paul's in the finals. I see them turning it up early and not letting up. 4-1 St. Paul.

Something about St. Paul's in the finals. I see them turning it up early and not letting up. 4-1 St. Paul. this makes no sense. The jays defense has never allowed more than two goals in a game and it was only in two occasions. The first game of the season against St. Paul's (both quality goals) and against Saint Paul's in the Saint Paul's tournament. (One off of a PK and the other when jesuit was sending everyone farward with barely any time left while they were missing one of their center backs) the jays defense has been stellar all year. Goals mostly coming off of PKs and set pieces of which Jesuit has defended well lately. Only 3 goals off of regular play if I am correct. Two from Saint Paul's and 1 against Gulfport.

Really want to pick Jesuit in this one. Picked them in every matchup so far in the playoffs but I think their run ends here. St. Paul’s 2-0 with the second goal coming late

None of this matter in a championship. Just look to the worst day of my life 1/9/12 as proof.

with 51 votes so far seems the board is split.
26 votes are for a St. Paul's victory 25 votes are for a Jesuit victory

hours before kickoff and it is an even split among the voters. 37 for both Jesuit and St. Paul's to win.
It is a classic match up and should be a great game!
