Moser’s so good he beat toughguy2004 in an arm wrestling contest. I will literally beat the breakfast out you and I’ve never seen Mosers but I know he wouldn’t last 5 seconds in a standoff with me

Does anyone know if there are freshman starting on either teams ? I don’t believe that SPS has any freshman on the V squad.

Not St. Paul. 1 sophomore on the 24 man roster. 12 seniors and the rest are juniors.

I've been holding off on my prediction, tonight could be one for the ages. When you look at the first result it seems lopsided. Dutchtown that day played the name not the team. I believe they now know what they are up against, and something I always tell my boys that I coach in these situations is that it's very hard to beat the same team twice in one season. Dutchtown has been messing with my emotions every time I see them play and I expect no difference tonight. Lastly, to the boys playing tonight I'm not sure if you guys will see this but it isn't the first time in history that we go to another team's home and fought our way to a victory, if you don't believe me ask the team from 2014-2015. We went to West Monroe and pulled a victory in double golden goal you have to fight till the last minute to achieve what you want. You have all the alumni from the past rooting for you guys, play your hearts out tonight and have fun. I believe that this game will be decided in the last 10 minutes of the game My heart and pride will always pull for Dutchtown Dutchtown 2-1

Entertaining comments about Coach Moser. I’m sure he’s a great guy and an even better coach. When you have the club level talent and depth that St Paul’s has each and every year, certainly doesn’t hurt. I’d love to see Coach Moser also coaching in the travel/club league, where the talent level is spread more evenly amongst Mandeville, BR, Lafayette and New Orleans. Something tells me the results could be a little different.
Congrats to both teams for making it to the semis. Not a surprise for St Paul’s, which has certainly set a high bar of excellence over the last decade.
For DTown, they weren’t given much of a chance to survive Jesuit. Not only did they survive, but they controlled possession and momentum for much of the game. Seemed like the boys had a different mindset. Jesuit struck first, but DTown didn’t back down.....and finished strong.
Regardless of the outcome tonight, it’s been a tremendous season for Coach Dyer, Moss and the DTown boys. They have made Griffin nation very proud.
Winning against St Paul’s will literally take everything they have. Speed, physicality, being smart under pressure, selectively taking our shot, mental toughness and that ever fleeting self-confidence that they belong on the same field as the defending champion. Believe and miracles can happen. And even if victory doesn’t happen, leave it all on the field so there are no regrets.
DTown 3-2.

My oldest son was on this team and in the Picture posted. He has one of the scores in overtime. It was an incredible game and the atmosphere was very hostile. The Griffins got through it. Now tonight his younger brother will play in this highly anticipated game. This will be a tough game for the Griffins but this team has pulled through adversity and can do it again. Dutchtown 2-1

It’s time for Moser’s so good that one time he: (blank)! I will start us off. Moser’s so good that one he tied his shoes with no hands. Moser is so good he can take his'n and beat your'n, and then he can turn around and take your'n and beat his'n. Moser is so good I don't know if he's in a class by himself, but I do know that when that class gets together, it sure don't take long to call the roll. Special thanks to the late Bum Phillips for these jokes.

None of them showed up at the chimes, so I moved to the Blind Tiger and found nothing but a two-eyed woman growling at me saying go wolves, Gallstone! I wish I was lying.

Then James Taylor came on and she just started singing and by singing, I mean blowing fire and rain in the most intimidating tone a man can imagine.

Save Gallstar! I’m now trapped at the Blind Tiger with Kathy Bates telling me I need to watch my post! Holy hail! Misery isn’t fake and I’m about to attempt an escape to the broadcast.
