Holy Cross vs STM for the final.
A rematch of the 2016 D-II final, which STM won.

Nothing but class from Ben Franklin. This was one of those games literally decided on a single bounce of the ball. The first half was all theirs but little in the way of chances. Both coaches coached well. HC woke up and the 2nd was more of a battle but only a real chance or two for each. It seemed OT was inevitable and KFTM's were likely. Both teams attacked and both defenses were tenacious. HC's goal came only because the smallest crack opened and was skillfilly exploited. This was a match that truly could've gone either way. Honestly, I'm surprised it didn't go down the kicks.
Sorry we sucked at updates, parents on both sides were a tad preoccupied. Not a lot of leisure time for the fans in this one.
Ben Franklin has every reason to be proud of their season and this game. I'm proud of them and sad to see their season end.
HC gets another shot at STM in the final, after many years that 1-0 loss still lingers. There are some boys that'll have a shot at getting one back from STM for their big brothers. Should be a good one. Can't wait!
Go Tigers!
