based on seeing both these teams compete, I will have to go with Loyola in this one. Loyolas offense is too cold and will find where Ulabs defense fails. They’re midfield is solid no one will get passed the twins. Loyola’s defense is almost perfect being lead by senior defender Chole Dean, not much gets through her. And Loyola’s Keeper is very talented and it will be tuff to get through the defense but if you do you have to get through the keeper. The bench is always super hype and will make sure that the players on the field are prepared. Ulab play over the top style and will get it over the defenders. The through ball will be the only chance they have but I highly doubt that they will get past dean and her helpers. 2-0 Loyola on this on

Good luck. Also, "too cold" and super hype"? How old are you?

U high girls going to beat Loyola prep just like the boys did last year, except score will be a 3-2 victory in favor of the cubs.

Was hoping to see more analyzation of this game. Everyone is focussed on the D3 boys game, but this girls game is going to be a nail-biter as well. I haven't seen Loyola girls play but have heard only great things. But from what I've seen coming from the Uhigh girls... they may put this one to rest. Last year Ulab girls struggled to make it this far. Hopefully, they bring that heat and desire for redemption. 3-1 Ulab. TAout

If the Loyola girls drink pickle juice before I can guarantee a win. I have seen it with my own eyes.

They will exploit any defense that comes in their way. Second just because I’m young doesn’t mean I don’t know things about soccer. We all watch the same game and see the same stats.

Ahhhh, you can tell it is getting close to All State voting. I see a lot more players being mentioned by name.

This game is going to be tight. Should be a great game between two experienced teams. In my eight years at Loyola I don't think I have played University. They are an elite program with a lot of history and we have some good recent history.
No matter what happens it has been a special year and I'm going to enjoy the moment and my time with my team. Good luck to all teams still playing this week!

This will definitely be a great game to watch. Both teams have earned their spot to compete for the title. That being said, I have to go with Loyola for the win. They’ve proven themselves time and time again during their tough and long season. In addition, Loyola is strong in both offense and defense. They’re ready to be back to back state champions and won’t be coming home empty handed. ULab is a great team with good control out of the air and over the top through balls. They are aggressive and a force to be feared on free kicks. It will be a nail biter, and one move (good or bad) might be the determining factor for the title.

I believe that this game could go all the way to PKs at 0-0, with both back lines very hard to breakdown. The other possibility is 1 mistake punished by the other team. And in that case I have to go with Loyola using its final experience to avoid the mistake and be ready to punish ULab if they make one. 1-0 flyers (or flyers in PKs)

Loyola 2-0. The flyers score early and then a defensive battle sets on until late in the game when U lab starts pressing girls forward to get the equalizer and Loyola gets a late goal with 5 minutes left seal the victory

0-0 17 left. Wind big factor thus far. UHigh with the wind first half — multiple corners and plenty of presssure. But Loyola probably has had best chances against the run.

Half 0-0.
All UHigh after last update. Best chance: Mittendorf with a banger off the crossbar from almost 40 out (free kick) with about 2 left in half.
Loyola playing against constant 15mph wind with gusts of 20-25.
UHigh winning the aggressiveness game but will be interesting to see what happens when Loyola gets wind.

Loyola moved #10 from midfield to forward in the second half against St. Louis. It was her assist from the CF position that resulted in the only goal of the game.
