Some thoughts...
1. Masks
2. Fans... yes or no
3. Center refereeing positioning... changes to the diagonal system...will it be three whistles to remove Center refereeing from the field for their safety and safety of the players.
4. Electronic Whistles
5. Referees not returning...they develop new hobbies and decided they liked doing something else.
