With the playoff season upon us shortly, it would be a good idea for the veteran refs to give instances of gamesmanship to refs who may not have been witness to antics us vets have seen in past games.
*Never allow the keeper to approach the kicker to shake hands or tell the kicker "good luck" when taking a PK or during a shootout. *Never allow the kicker to tie his "shoe" before taking a PK or during a shootout.

I have seen a happy ref give the soft red for this (delaying the restart by drawing undue attention to himself).

one I saw recently was far side wide midfielder being constantly subbed out. player coming in kept pretending they did not know who they were subbing for. effectively, player #s 7 and 8 kept swapping for that position, but would "ask the coach" who they were going in for.

The typical gamesmanship occurs on FK's near goal.
The defensive player that stands near the ball to direct the wall. The defensive player that walks across the path of the ball to 'join the wall' late.

one warning, very vocal (ladies / gentlemen, we are not going to play this game). Next player (either team) yellow. Never seen a third player do it.
