Alabama has a lot better soccer program than both states. It is much more popular in Alabama than in Louisiana.

Alabama, historically, does not have the best record of the three states. This much is true. However, there are 2 nationally ranked teams in Alabama: McGill-Toolen HS and Cullman HS and multipule regionally ranked teams, including the previous schools and then Randolph HS and Grissom HS of Huntsville. So, some advice for all: Look into the factual information before making unprecedented judgements about anyone's credibility.

P.S.: I believe i quote you correctly here, "they're too scared to enter any of our tournaments..." One of the reasons an Alabama HS team would not, and cannot, enter a Louisiana HS tournament, is because the Alabama HS season begins in the spring... rather than the fall.

In 1997, my brothers team took home 3rd place at Nationals in Phoenix, AZ, the Vestavia Steamers. Also, my highschool(Shades Valley High School) was ranked #16 in the nation after the 2001 season. So please don't say we don't have any national spotlight.

Man, you arrogant idiots make us (Louisiana) look bad when you make stupid assumptions. OMG No Alabama teams come to our tournaments! That must mean they suck! "OMG the same goes for about 47 other states! They all must have bad soccer programs also!! Oh yeah, I didn't even know that their soccer season started in the spring so they couldn't come to our tournaments if they wanted to!!"
On a side note, I really wish Louisiana had High School soccer in the spring. A much better time of the year to play soccer, with the weather and all. Also, football, basketball, and soccer are probably the 3 biggest high school sports, and their seasons should not conflict. Basketball season and soccer season are at the same time, which is stupid. I would be playing all three sports if basketball didn't conflict with soccer. Stupid LHSAA

Louisiana is a backwards state and therefore does not have their high school season in the spring. There are several high school teams in Birmingham alone that could beat Louisiana's best teams.

I don't know about High School, but in club, whoever are the state champs in Alabama for U-16... that national ODP player was a baller... OMG dude... he sat out the first half because of something he did at the hotel the night before, I heard, and we had to win this game to go to the semi's... anyways we were up 2-0 at half... and the national guy comes in, scores four goals, they win 4-2 lol and we got knocked out of braket play so yea he was a baller for real!

There are several high school teams in Birmingham alone that could beat Louisiana's best teams. How many teams in Birmingham are ranked in the top ten in the nation. I haven't seen any, so how are teams not in the top ten in the nation beat the two (last time i checked) best teams in Louisiana that are both ranked in the top ten in the nation, Jesuit T4 and Laffyette which is 10 in the January 26 boys national soccer rankings.
