The North has been the topic of the day. 10th seeded C. Shreve hosts 23 seeded Covington. Can Covington demonstrate the reason why district 7 is the best in the state?

Sanofi --- excuse my terminology. However, throughout district games and the entire season this year, Covington's keeper has made many phenominal saves and to me I never would have know he was a Division I club keeper. He has stepped up as of late and I meant it in that sense. My apologies.

Oh I understand now. As of lately Colin, the keeper of Covington High, has had many big games, and I just would expect him to have another big one against Shreve. Not saying they will win, but he will help keep the game close.

Shreve is notorious for having terrible 1st round games. As good as the teams were the past two years, they barely escaped into the second round. But once there, did well. I hope this team does better. Shreve needs to come out strong and establish their game. If they do, they will be fine. I think our midfield is the key. If we can make positive transitions and get the ball to our forwards, I believe we can win by 2-3 goals.

Shreve 4 - 1, Midfield of Shreve effectively gets the ball to Connor and Neal who will be too much for Covington defense.

Connor makes his case for All-State with the hat trick. Shreve 3-1.

3-0 Convigton? I understand theyre underated because of there district, but either way i dont see any team in the state that can shut Shreve out. Connor is to quick to keep quiet the whole game. He will either make a play for a teamate or he will make an amazing play. Thats just the player he is. You can only contain him for a matter of time. Convingtons midfield must control this game and play at their tempo. If they let Shreve control the tempo and the midefiled, i see this game about 4-1 or 4-0 Shreve.
