www.caddo.k12.la.us/My question is does anyone know if this will affect the Parkway vs Beau Chene match? Parkway is in the Bossier Parish school system, so this doesn't directly affect Parkway, but I'm wondering if Bossier schools will decide the same thing. Especially since, I believe, that the game was moved to Calvary's field. Both teams would probably be traveling on a bus in bad road conditions. If anyone could let me know the status of this game, I'd appreciate it.

As of this minute, the Benton/McKinley game is on for tomorrow. I would assume that Parkway is not affected by the Caddo Parish decision.

Referee assignor just told me that Parkway/Beau Chene is still on. They moved the game time to 3 p.m. and it is still being played at Calvary.

Parkway Vs Beau Chene is tentatively still on for 3pm Saturday at Calvary. State Police in Alexandria state that I49 is closed on the elevated portions of the city. Teams may have to leave a little earlier to bypass the closed sections. Hopefully the field will be thawed enough by 3pm with temps in the mid 40s. We shall keep our fingers crossed and pray for safe travel of all teams.
