yeah i dont think they lost to rummel last year. bm usually plays well against district teams, so it should be good.
seems like the other 2nd round games look pretty one sided... to bad theres no seeding so that every game is good to watch...cough cough. since this has been brought up on many posts on what should happen for playoff seeding, one system that i have come to love is ncaa basketball. conference winners plus wildcards plus top 25 teams make it into the tournament, and then are seeded. i dont know how we could pull off a system like that but hey its an idea.

Any predictions on Acadiana/Terrebonne or CatholicBR/Mandeville tonight?

I think Acadiana will be too much for Terrebonne. I don't expect a close match. Maybe 5-1.
I think Mandy will hang with Catholic and this will be by far the beter game of the two. I think Catholic will put it away in the second half. 3-1 catholic.

Sorry to post a bit late, but I am getting over the sadness of our loss. As you can tell from my name I'm from BRHS. It was a very disappointing match against CL that I think we should have won. We were leading the match 1-0 at halftime, but we had 5 or 6 chances to score in the first half. Most of those chances were breakaways, we dominated the first half. The second half was horrible. There was no complete domination, but it was mostly with CL. They hit some nice shots and a goal from our keep dropping it, which happens rarely. The score wasn't 4-2 until 5 minutes left. We never gave up, though, which I think is a big plus. Anyway, the game was closer than the score and I can't wait until next year when I think we will have a better team.
And, yes, you have a nice announcer except for the fact he kept calling me #14. I guess Joey IMARATA was too hard to say.
Here are my predictions for the second round. I made this last night on another forum and don't know who has played yet, so if you want to void the games that I have predicted that have already played, that is fine. Cap. Shreve 5-0 W. Monroe St. Paul 5-1 Cen. LaFourche Acadiana 6-1 Terrebonne (Not sure about who Terrebonne is, but finished after Cen LaF in district) Jesuit 6-0 Northshore Lafayette 5-0 Ruston Catholic 3-1 Mandeville CADDO (Winner) Brother Martin 2-1 Rummel
Who is going to the Catholic game tonight?

Haha, no. No chance in that since they are keeping it here so that I can go.

A lot closer than I expected them to be at. Bet the coach is telling the players for CL "We were down to BRHS 1-0 and beat them, why wouldn't you be able to do it here?"
