If Denham is a top 15 program(and I think they are), then Hammond's win against them today should show they are, in the very least, underrated.

I haven't seen the guy from Catholic High but as far a pure athlete - the kid ( also is their kicker) from Riverside is a great athlete -- I know Riverside may not be known as a soccer school but they do have a few players besides the Gautreau kid this year that will make their district interesting-- last year they played u- high to a 0-0 halftime tie then wore down and lost 2-0 and are much improved . They have a strong midfielder( Roussel ) that feeds the ball to the Gautrea kid and they can score at anytime . Their defenders( Veron and Heckathrone) are also much improved and are very tough kids - - have a couple of young club player ( Tassin). stay tuned !

Slidell may need to be added to the list. I believe they are 6-1. They play Rummel on Monday. That will be a good test.

On another note, Hammond beat Lakeshore 4-2. More evidence of them being overlooked in my book.

I just saw Hammond also beat Denham Springs !-0 as well. Time for them to get some votes.
