GOOOOOAAAALLLL! SPS #? scores off a beautiful through ball from about 6 yards out. NHS GK was going down to collect the ball and it was poked in to the net. Great game here at Panther Stadium!

Things getting alittle physical here towards the end of the game. SPS player issued yellow card for sliding studs up tackle into NHS player. SPS coach also receives a yellow when talking to the center.
Great referee crew tonight that has controlled the match from the start - best officiating I have seen while home this Christmas break!

With 20 seconds left out of the 5 minutes of stoppage, SPS scores! Cross from the right flank to a SPS player on the near post seals the game!
Final 2-1 SPS. Great game to watch and be a part of. Well done to SPS on a come from behind victory and playing hard all the way to the end. Kudos to NHS for leaving it all on the field as well.

Wow.
And this is why I think St. Paul's will win the title again this year. Great teams can grind out results even when they're not playing their best in a hostile environment against an opponent that has been waiting all year to upset them. Games like this are a great test of what a team is made of. Congrats to the Wolves on the nice comeback and to Northshore for nearly pulling off the upset.

These forums seem pretty bad at making predictions...
Ggwp to both teams. That was very exciting, and glad to see more students and the band out.

Acadiana smoked this team... Watch out SPS the wrecking rams have the date saved for the finals. What a pitiful win. Northshore still plays with heart I like it but SPS I'm speechless Sir, I clearly do not understand how you have the audacity to say that St Pauls got a pitiful win. It is a disrespect to SPS as well as NHS by what you are saying. By the way, were you at the game? If so, you would notice how hard fought of a battle this game was between the two teams. Credit goes out to NHS for giving the best team in the state by far all the run for the money. They have heart and will be a nightmare for any team to face down the road in the season. Congrats to SPS for the thrilling win. One of the best games I've seen in awhile.

"Sloppy field conditions" Typical northshore. I could swear they and Fontainebleau keep their field (or should I say mud pit) as sloppy as possible when they play Sps. Some serious work needs to be done on those fields. Just terrible

Lol man I don't know if you realized but it rained all day Thursday. Henceforth, the field conditions would be sloppy. Do you comprehendo?

Ugly soccer under tough conditions. NHS is a well coached team.

For what it's worth, dark knight isn't an Acadiana person! We've reserved our right to smack talk for a later date!

Definitely not an Acadiana person. Mandy alumni. Not talking smack just stating the obvious. Enjoying the hell out of this season so far. Hopefully my Skips play Acadiana in the finals but if not I'll be pulling for Acadiana to whoop up on the fairy boys of SPS It's not very smart to call a team that's whooped up on you for years "fairy boys". It must be pretty embarrassing to get dominated year after year by fairies.
