It is my understanding that an OT game is a tie game according to LHSAA. If that is the case, it appears they are counting them as whatever the result is (W, L, T) instead of automatically considering it a tie. Take John Ehret or Bonnabel as examples. They have "Ws" listed for overtime games which they won in overtime. The LHSAA power ratings are counting those as wins. Am I missing something?

It is supposed to be counted as a tie and our one overtime game was counted as such. It may have been reported incorrectly.

Well, Bonnabel is definitely getting a win credited for their tie against Helen Cox last week. They also have another tie since then that will also be credited as a win if it isn't fixed. They are submitting to LHSAA the final score AFTER the OT and putting in a "W". They are selecting "YES" under the "OT" column. I am not sure if they are submitting incorrectly or if the PR are just counting these as wins when they should not be. John Ehret is the same way. I don't know how many others there are but I assume everyone that is putting their OT wins in with a "W" is getting a win credited.

Lhsaa is notified of this and will fix them after investigating.
