PLEASE EVERYONE - MOVE ON, LEAVE THE PAST IN THE PAST. REMEMBER PRACTICE HARD, PLAY HARD, RESPECT YOUR TEAMMATES, OPPONENTS, COACHES AND REFEREES, AND RETURN NO ONE EVIL FOR EVIL.
RAGE - YOU NEED TO FOCUS ON THIS WEEKEND, REMEMBER YOU STILL HAVE A CHANCE. AND OH, JUST THINK HOW YOU WOULD FEEL, IF YOU WERE TO WIN A TEAM THAT HAS BRITISH GIRLS ON IT. SOOOO FOCUS ON WHAT YOU SHOULD BE FOCUSING ON AND STOP BLAMING YOUR LOSS ON TWO PLAYERS, WHEN A TEAM MAKES ELEVEN.

What's important is that LAF cheated and screwed over all the teams that actually worked hard this year to compete for their state cup. They disrespected Louisiana soccer and should be penalized. They do not deserve to be state champions.

How is that cheating? They brought in players from out of their area, woo-hoo. If that's cjeating, then no club team could have players from anywhere but their own cities. Who cares if they came in late in the season? It's about winning, and doing whatever you can to do so. If you want to [lay "just for fun" soccer, play rec. If you're playing club, you know that it's all about the win. The team that lost should consider themselves lucky to play with such obviously better players. Now get over it.

#19, well said mate.
The team that lost should consider themselves lucky to play with such obviously better players. Now get over it.
Brilliant prose.

they were not the two players that scored! number 23 scored the first goal, number 28 scored the second, and number 10 scored the third! everyone needs to get over the fact and look at the obvious that if you cannot hang with the compitition then don't play! if rage were to beat lafreniere then they would be faced with 100 times better compition at regionals... so look at it as a stepping stone to become better and beat mandeville at sub regionals to prepare for regionals!

If you are so upset, and this seems justifiable, handle it the old-fashioned way: BOYCOTT LAFRENIERE. Don't let ANY teams from your association play any Laf. team--girls or boys. Don't go to their fund-raising tournaments (2 per year). And explain to the parents why you are taking this action.
Pretty soon Mr. Farrell will have to play by the rules, and the spirit of the beautiful game.
And just for the record, they stayed at Mr. Farrell's house.

Define rules. Nothing has been done in violation of any rules.
So correct your statement to read that the rules as we want them to appear not as they are written.
Just remember to restrict any player from playing is in violation of USYSA.
