How can you become a high school or club coach? I know there are test and I've taken two or three. I have my E license but after i took it and passed I've never recieved anymore information about more?

The license that you have is issued through USSF. The next course in the progression is the USSF D license. Unlike the E, the D has three possible outcomes - you could fail, pass at the state level, or pass at the national level. Once you get your D National, then you can go on to the USSF C license. Information on coaching courses is available through lsa-soccer.org, or ussoccer.com.
High school has no designation to coaching criteria. Meaning that it doesn't matter what license you hold. The only thing that you need to do is take the LHSAA CECP course and pass the class. The course costs $150, a joke, utterly boring and you get the test to take home and complete. The test is lengthy and rather tedious, but more often than not common sense will get you by with a passing grade. The certification is good for life.
