This weekend LATDP will be taking two teams to play in the Texas Cup Showcase in Houston. The 2008B U14 team will play 3 teams they played in league games last season and 1 upcoming league opponent. The 2006B U16 (This will be 12 or 13 2007s and 1 or 2 2006s, 2007s missing a lot of big names) will also play some familiar opponents. Hopefully both teams continue to show improvement.

Out of town trips that were planned... these games weren't supposed to happen this weekend. Hence why I scheduled a JV tournament that I am coaching at instead of going to Houston.

This weekend ended up being only 07s (missing 4 key players, no 06s) playing up vs 06 competition. Also, excuses are like a**holes, but 08s were missing starting keeper, CB, and RB...
