top team starts off as the home team. After that it goes home-away-home, etc. If two teams have been home and away the same number of times then the top team is home in odd number years and the bottom is home in even number years. This year, the top team would be.

lets say if the seedings are like this
A B
C D
E F
G H
ACEG are home team for first round... Lets say A and C won, A would be the home team. E and H would win, then H would be home since they didn't play a home game yet... The top team is home team in all games except ones where they hvae played more home games then their oppenant

your team would only travel for round two if your opponent was the road team in round one. For example, let's say that your bracket looks like this...
Shreve Carencro
West Monroe Airline
Shreve and West Monroe host 1st round. Let's say Shreve and WM both win, then Shreve hosts WM in second round. Since they have both traveled the same number of times(0), the team on the top wins the tiebreaker in odd number years(2005).
If Shreve and airline win, then Shreve travels to Airline because Airline had to travel in round one and Shreve had a home game.
If Carencro and airline win, then Airline travels to Cro because they both have traveled the same number of times(1), but Cro is on the top part of the bracket.
If Carencro and WM both win, then WM travels to Carencro, because Carencro had to travel in round one and WM played a home game.
