What kind of ball do they play, what is their strength, who are their best players?

Attacking style-- Sometimes send 3 guys up the middle right next to each other w/ a couple inside short passes then one through the hole when they draw enough defenders for someone to run onto.
#10, kinda fast, left footed. None particularly big.

Are they a physical team or a more finesse style team? Are they better than STM or Vandebilt?

They are very physical, they will knock you off the ball. Alot to be worried about when facing them. Great defense and solid offense and midfield.

They tied Brother Martin 0-0, also believe they tied Rummel... I'ld be worried, they have a legitiment (sp?) shot at going all the way.

They are my pick to win Division II because they have the best team work I've seen out of Vandy, ST. Moore, and Ben Franklin. Vandy and Dutchtown will be the final of Division II. Go to the game and find out if they can hang with Vandy.

In my opinion they are going to win it all. They are strong on offense and great on defense. Good luck to those in their path. And like over40 said bring your A++++ game.

In my opinion they are going to win it all. That's a tough road to travel for D'town to even make it to the final. Without having seem them play, and since they've only played BF (loss?) of the three, I think they will have to make believers out of many.

I say that from experience, we had the pleasure (or would it be displeasure ) of playing them four times this season. I feel like I know their team's abilities as well as I know my own's. Do not underestimate them at all. They are smart players who will burn you on the outside and up the middle, they change their formation and by the time you realize that they have changed they've scored. I say it again in my opinion they will win it all.

I stand corrected..... If/when D'town gets to the final, then they will have proven the skeptics wrong. I'm one of those skeptics and wouldn't mind being proven wrong either. Good Luck D'town....

I'ld like to see some Baton Rouge area teams go deep into the playoffs. i.e. Catholic, Dutchtown and University. I don't see St. Amant making it through Laffy, sorry guys , your a good team, you proved that to some people and myself against Catholic but I don't believe your the caliber of program to hang with the Lafayette crowd. CoachRay, you've done an excellent job with those boys this season, too bad you ended up with probably the worst first round draw in the playoffs. If these three teams make some good runs then maybe Baton Rouge could get a little more respect for having high quality soccer programs. Bears, Cubs and Griffins... take it to 'em gentlemen!

Thanks somewhere. We will just have to do our best, that all.
I agree that Uhigh, Dutchtown and Catholic can make good runs deep into the playoffs. Dont count our BRHS either. All three teams have a shot at the title--not bad for a "weak soccer area"
As for Dutchtown record against high teams:
Wins--University (6-0), BRHS(7-0), Bishop Sullivan (1-0), B Franklin (1-0) EA (7-2, 2-1), Holy Cross (3-0?)
Losses--St Martins (3-2), Mandeville (1-0), St Amant (2-1), Rummel (3-0)
Ties--Rummel (1-1), Bishop Sullivan (0-0), Brother Martin(0-0)
Not many goals given up, and have played tough against everybody this year
