I can tell you one thing....at the beginning of the season I didn't expect this to be a top match of the week. Undefeated Southside (12-0) takes on undefeated SJA (8-0-1) in Lafayette. Southside has gotten some attention lately with wins over Caddo and a struggling Dutchtown. SJA on the other side is doing what SJA does best.....win. A 3-3 tie vs the best private school in Lafayette, its will be fun to see what the best public school in Lafayette has for the Redstickers. SJA has posted 7 shutouts so far while Southside has posted 10 shutouts of their own. Is Southside for real??. . This top ten Div. I match should give us a glimpse into reality.
